1. Service Description

BRG CABS provides cab, taxi and travel services in Delhi NCR including outstation trips, airport transfers, local rentals, Chardham Yatra, corporate travel and tempo traveller hire. Services are available 24×7, 365 days a year.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after OTP verification and receiving a Booking ID.
• For online bookings, a 10% advance payment confirms the cab.
• BRG CABS reserves the right to decline a booking if a suitable vehicle is unavailable.
• Booking confirmation via WhatsApp is provided within 30 minutes of request.

3. Fares & Charges

• Fares are calculated based on actual road distance at the published per-km rate.
• Current rates: Sedan ₹18/km, Ertiga ₹22/km, Innova Crysta ₹32/km, Tempo Traveller ₹60/km, Urbania ₹70/km.
• Toll, parking, state permit and hill station charges are payable separately by the customer.
• Driver allowance for overnight outstation trips: ₹300–₹500 per night (payable to driver).
• Waiting charges: ₹150/hour after 30 minutes of free waiting.
• Airport entry/pick-up charges are borne by the customer.
• Night charges (10 PM – 6 AM): as applicable per vehicle (mentioned in packages).

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must be present at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
• Provide accurate pickup and drop addresses. BRG CABS is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption and carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited in vehicles.
• Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.
• BRG CABS is not responsible for loss of valuables left in the vehicle.

5. Driver & Vehicle

• All drivers are police-verified with valid commercial licenses.
• BRG CABS reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher category without prior notice.
• In case of vehicle breakdown, BRG CABS will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest.

6. Limitation of Liability

BRG CABS shall not be liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, road conditions, natural disasters or government restrictions.
• Loss of personal belongings during the trip.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Failure to meet connections (flights, trains) due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

8. Changes to Terms

BRG CABS may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st June 2025  |  Applies to all online advance payments

1. Advance Payment

When you pay a 10% advance online to confirm your booking, this amount is held to guarantee your cab. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver after completing the trip.

3. Cancellation by BRG CABS

In the unlikely event that BRG CABS cancels your booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances:

• You will receive a 100% refund of the advance paid.
• We will attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle at the same or lower rate.
• We will notify you at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking).
• Razorpay processes refunds within 5–7 business days.
• Bank processing time may add 2–3 additional days depending on your bank.
• Refunds for UPI payments are typically received within 1–3 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Advance paid for bookings cancelled within 12 hours of trip.
• WhatsApp or phone bookings (non-payment bookings) — no money exchanged.
• Additional charges (tolls, parking, night charges) already incurred.

3. Distance Calculations

Distance shown during booking is an estimate based on Google Maps data or approximate calculations. BRG CABS shall not be liable for any difference between estimated and actual distance travelled.

4. Third-Party Services

Our website uses third-party services including Google Maps, Razorpay and Fast2SMS. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or privacy practices of these third-party platforms. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms of service.

5. Accuracy of Route Information

Route information, road conditions, distances and travel times are sourced from mapping services and may not always reflect real-time road conditions, closures or seasonal variations (especially for Himalayan routes, Chardham Yatra routes, etc.).

6. No Guarantee of Availability

While we make every effort to fulfil all bookings, BRG CABS does not guarantee vehicle availability for all dates and times, particularly during peak travel seasons, holidays or festival periods. Early booking is recommended.

7. Travel Risks

Travel, particularly outstation and hill station journeys, involves inherent risks including road hazards, weather conditions and unforeseen events. Customers travel at their own risk. BRG CABS shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, delays or losses arising from such risks.

8. External Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience only. BRG CABS has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

9. Images & Content

Vehicle images on the website are representative. The actual vehicle provided may vary in colour or minor specification while remaining in the same category.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BRG CABS, its officers, drivers and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
